Kemps Solicitors are Criminal Defence Lawyers based in Oldham, Tameside and Salford.  We aim to provide first class advice and representation, act as an interface with the police, investigators and prosecuting authorities, in order to defend our clients' best interests.

We are contracted with the Legal Aid Agency to provide Criminal Defence services in the Police Station, Magistrates Court and the Crown Court.
